Where we offer you a free trial of a Kuasa account, the free trial will begin as soon as your money is received and will last for the free trial offer duration as specified on the Website at the moment your payment is received. Free trial subscriptions are only offered to new Kuasa users for the durations specified on the Website. Previous Kuasa subscribers, or those who have already benefited from a free trial subscription, are not eligible for another free trial term.
If you do not wish to continue your membership after your free trial time ends, please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial period by sending a cancellation request to [email protected] or cancelling your free trial through your Account Dashboard. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew, and the payment card you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full Kuasa monthly membership subscription rate each month until you cancel. Kuasa reserves the power to amend the monthly membership subscription fee at any moment. We will notify you via email if the membership subscription rate changes after you have subscribed, and you will have the option to cancel.
If you want to terminate your Kuasa subscription after a free trial or discounted period has ended, please send us an email at [email protected] or go to your Account Dashboard and submit a cancellation request. We require at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation by e-mail for monthly subscriptions. Your credit card may still be charged if you provide such notice fewer than 30 days before the start day of your next membership month. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund for the previous month’s use, nor will you be eligible for a return for any payments made to Kuasa.
You can access Kuasa’s help desk and standard documentation if you have a current Site License. Only these channels are used for support. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Kuasa does not provide telephone, video conference, online chat, or in-person help. Support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, excluding Malaysian federal holidays. Outside of these hours, inquiries will be responded on the following working day. Only Site License holders and Kuasa’s products are eligible for Kuasa’s support services. Third-party components, software, systems, or plugins are not supported by Kuasa. Customer support for the most recent version of the product is guaranteed by Kuasa. Customer support for outdated (old) versions is not given from Kuasa.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Sites at any time, with or without prior notice. We may, for example, add or delete functionality or features, as well as suspend or terminate a feature entirely. At any time, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features. You can stop using our Sites at any time if you don’t like the changes.
Kuasa guarantees to make commercially reasonable measures to ensure that its products are compatible with the majority of modern and popular web browsers, such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. While Kuasa will make commercially reasonable attempts to provide a near-identical experience across browsers, due to the lack of web standards support (HTML & CSS) in some browsers, certain features and functionality may not be same or behave in a similar manner. If a browser doesn’t support certain web standards, Kuasa will try to create a generic solution for it, which may gradually degrade a specific function or feature. Kuasa will make every effort to guarantee that the alternative has no slight effect on the user’s experience.
Kuasa cannot and does not guarantee compatibility with all hosting or server setups, nor does Kuasa provide hosting or server-related support.
We have a trustworthy refund policy in place to make our customers feel valued in their connection with us. Please read the refund policy rules attentively.
Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Please be certain that you wish to delete your account before doing so, as the deletion of all data is final.
At the end of each month, your subscription is automatically renewed.
At any point throughout your usage, you can upgrade or lower the level of our services. Kuasa, on the other hand, does not reimburse any money in this situation.
If you stop using our services in the middle of the term, we will not reimburse the amounts you have already paid for the remainder of the period.
We only ask for personal information when it is absolutely necessary to provide you with a service. With your knowledge and consent, we collect it in a fair and lawful manner. We also explain why we’re collecting it and how we’ll use it.
We only keep the information we collect for as long as it’s necessary to provide you with the service you’ve requested. We’ll protect the data we collect using commercially reasonable safeguards to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
