Live Chat Customer Service

Kuasa is pleased to announce Live Chat Customer Service, which is available on both WhatsApp and our dedicated live chat Kuasa system. Below is the details on Support Team timing:

  • 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • 8.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. (coming soon)

 

This effort seeks to provide our users with quick and efficient help, improving their entire experience with Kuasa.

Kuasa Offline Meetup Community

Our team is thrilled to announce an amazing Kuasa road tour of Malaysia! Beginning early next month, we will go on a journey to interact directly with you, our loyal users, by giving useful insights and hands-on experiences.

4. WhatsApp Advance Condition

Gear up for an incredible new feature: WhatsApp Advance Condition! This game-changer lets you send 10k to 20k messages with no worries about getting banned.

How? With a smart delay time function, you can schedule your broadcasts to go out during your preferred hours, like 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If the broadcast isn’t complete by then, it will automatically continue the next day at the same time.

But that’s not all! You can use multiple devices for a single campaign, with automatic tagging and sorting to ensure smooth broadcasting. And if one of your numbers gets banned, no stress—the system will instantly assign a backup device to keep your campaign rolling without a hitch.
